"The booking agency told us that we would be given a room upgrade on both nights due to our VIP status. The hotel didn’t do that on either night. The rooms we had were extremely small, with no window, and noisy at night. We don’t think that the rooms we reserved. But the staff were great, and the breakfast was wonderful, which compensated for the room disappointments. "

"The hotel is clean and on a quiet street. The reception staff are lovely especially Laura. The room was very small. We had 2 coat hangers and nowhere to store clothes or suitcases. There is no waste paper bin. When we arrived the bin for collecting toilet waste was broken as was the safe. Both were repaired quickly. We were a bit disappointed as there was no space to sit inside"

"The apartment was lovely, though we only stayed one night. We wanted an early arrival but our email requests were not answered. Expedia also tried to contact the hosts but again without success. The concierge staff at reception put our luggage into storage for a couple of hours and we received an email saying the apartment was ready around 12.30. We were prepared to pay extra or even book the previous night but the lack of contact excluded any chance to explore these options. Pity!"
