"The location was perfect, very conveniently located, walking distance to Rockerfeller, Central Park, Times Square, and midtown. Transit links on the doorstep to get elsewhere in the city. Staff were very helpful and polite. Things like kettles were only provided when we asked for them, but we were delivered to our room when we asked. Room was larger than expected which was a nice surprise for central New York. I would absolutely stay again. BE AWARE you will be charged a $500 deposit on arrival which I was not aware of when I arrived. This was not charged to me in the end as I left the room clean and tidy, but just something to be aware of so you don’t get the same shock I did!"

"We liked the location. The hotel is close to the Broadway shows and attractions. We appreciated the accessible room and the cleanliness. Everything was fine except for checkout. One of the staff rather rudely told the crowd of guests more than once to form one line. If that’s the rule, then have a sign saying so or rope it off! "

"We were on the 45th floor with a view over Times Square and it was the best way to end our trip through the USA. It was an easy walk from Penn Station to the hotel and everything we wanted to see was within a reasonable walk. I wish we could have stayed longer. "
