"The apartment was not very clean and had a horrible damp smell, really disappointed as it was not like portrayed in the pictures. Finger prints all over the walls and even foot prints on the roof (no idea how they got there). No cooking facilities, shouldn’t be advertised as an apartment if there is just a microwave, more of a room with a few extras. Would not recommend "

Could’ve used blinds behind the curtains, as room was facing a road/parking lot (we had our curtains closed all the time, which made the room very dark). "Attended a wake at Kingscroft yesterday, also a few of us booked rooms and stayed over. The staff were brilliant from start to finish , food was lovely and fresh and kept being replenished. The rooms were lovely and big and an amazing fresh cooked full English breakfast in the morning. Highly recommend . "

Great hotel

"2nd time staying here. Had a course view, lovely room. There were a couple of minor issues when I came into the room, but these were reported and resolved within 10mins, couldn't ask for more. Only issue I have is that it's 20.00 to park even when you're staying, which seems a bit steep"
