"The property is tucked away on a side street in close proximity to Emsphere and Em district. It was within easy reach to food, shopping and transport. But it was still quiet and you couldn't head much of the noise from the main street. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. One small negative was that the shower leaked out onto the bathroom floor. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was very kid friendly and the kids club and pool were fabulous additions to entertain and break up the day in Bangkok. Overall we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Bangkok. "

"The staff were very friendly and helpful, room was basic but clean and exactly what we needed. Nice rooftop poole with beautiful view of Bangkok, right next to Koh San road so in a good location. Overall a really good stay."

"Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. Only real issue was on both occassions when I scheduled for the room to be refreshed by a certain time, it was not completed on time. Having an understanding of staffing and challenges in housekeeping, I made each of my requests 3 to 4 hours ahead of the requested time. Although, I had to push an appointment as a result of the missed marks, I would not hesitate to stay at this property again."
