"Shower heads emitted only a trickle of water despite great water pressure elsewhere. Some breakfast items were stale. No coffee making equipment in room. No microwave though we had a refrigerator. Staff were great. Hotel was clean throughout."

"The hotel hadn't been open long, so still trying to work some things out. The offer coffee and pastries in the lobby since their coffee cart area & restaurant don't open until Feb 3. Unless the bakery doesn't deliver, then there seems to be no one who can remedy that. I checked in on Monday. Checked out on Friday. No housekeeping even once. I asked at the desk on Thursday after I got back from work for the evening and the unhelpful front desk person said "Sorry. We are still working that out....

"Overall excellent but a couple of comments. 1. Rooms are nice, bathrooms updated. 2. My 90 year old parents had a handicap accessible room, but the shower was in the tub, so they could not shower. 3. My sister was charged $10 to get into her room early. 4. Breakfast better than most with fresh cut up fruit. 5. I left clothing in the closet. When I called several hours later, they had found and set aside the clothing. Will stay again given the opportunity. "

"A great hotel with a large suite. The breakfast was surprisingly pretty good too! The hot bar with egg scramble wasn’t just powdered eggs - aka I’m impressed. Staff was friendly and accommodated our very early check in (7amish). Technically the elevators are out due to water damage/renovations, but we were lucky enough anyways to get a room on the first floor. This was during Christmas time 2024. Had a king bed, a little too soft /lacked support but nothing too egregious. Overall will stay here...

"We liked thatbit was kid based and kid friendly. Location was convenient to dining and shopping and the lancaster convention center for an event we had. The breakfast buffett was good on sunday. The only complaint i have was the waitress never checked on us and when we were ready to leave to pay she had disappeared and they had to track her down so we could be checked out for breakfast. But other than that an amazing experience and we will definitely be back when the weather is warmer and we can enjoy all the amenities with the outside pool and waterpad and slide."
