Helpful staff, great location, but our room was a dud.
The hotel seems beautiful on the lower floors, it is worthwhile it seems to book the more expensive rooms here. However, our room was like a shoebox and our view was horrible, it looked out over an exhaust area across the interior of the building.
We paid a pretty penny and I was pretty disappointed with the room that we got. When we arrived, it was dirty, we found fingernails on the bedside table when we arrived. Hotel staff was accommodating and apologetic, but it was disheartening for first impressions.
The room often smelled like mildew, I'm guessing due to the location and area our window looked out over.
Overall the interior of the hotel is a little more rundown than you can see in pictures. It was a safe hotel and I appreciated the helpful staff, but I can't deny that I was disappointed.

The property is in a great location! Convenient to lots of dining and shopping options, major sites to see, and transportation. The exterior could use some upgrading, including a more visible entrance. Interior is beautiful and well kept. My family enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the complimentary ice cream in the afternoon.

"The room was compact but well designed, includes A/C and radiator. Staff was helpful and spoke English. Location is located near shopping and restaurants within walking distance. A bus stop close by made getting to the airport easy."

"Hotel a 10 min de l aeroport de beauvais, parfait pour une nuit. La chambre etait propre, nos voisins calmes donc pas de bruit. "We checked in after hours. Was sent an email giving us our after hour code. Pffff, the code did not work at first. We contacted the night person. They acted like we were bothering them! It was 23h00 and the night person finally come down and assist us ... AN HOUR LATER! This was after a few conversations ..."
