Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. "To me the hotel, and rooms had a nice appears, but the pillows at that hotel needs to be changed more often. After 2 or 3 nights of sleeping on same pillows, I started to feel like I was catching a cold, because the pillows ( pillow cases ) were not fresh. Did not smell fresh. "

"Hotel com parede mofada, colchão mofado. Serviço muito fraco- café da manhã simples e praticamente uma pessoa apenas para servir /limpar mesas, muita demora no check in. Quarto grande, mas sem nenhuma comodidade- só tem frigobar, nem sequer um microondas.
