"We've stayed at this Hampton Inn twice now for the IX Piston-Power Show. Both times the rooms were incredibly comfortable and spacious. The walk-in shower in the suite was a highlight. Among the other highlights was the decent selection of free breakfast that differed each morning, updated LG 4K TV's with accessible HDMI ports, impressive counter space, and easy access to a variety of restaurants, gas stations, as well as I-71, I-480, and the IX Center. "Took some time to get checked in as the front desk employees spoke very very limited english & it was extremely difficult to get an understanding of what he was trying to say & ask of me... Once we got through that, everything else I encountered was fantastic & over my expectations!!! Room was 100% a home type of environment with a stove, fridge, dishwasher, sink, a nice bar on the other side & this would be nice for a longer stay, other than one night... Made for a travel person who works on...

"Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Appeared dated, could use some refreshing. There wasn't any utensils, cups and plates, or cooking items. No breakfast offered. The staff was friendly. Overall it was a decent value, if I am in the area again I would stay again."

"Fidelity is a charming boutique hotel, clean and with beautiful decor offering seamless blend of elegance and comfort. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast at the Club Room. I hope they would provided a coffee maker in the room and not a kettle. But I will still recommend this hotel. "

"This Drury location was amazing! The building had history making it unique, and all the hotel amenities were fantastic. Free breakfast was great, Free dinner was wonderful too! Free popcorn in the evening was a nice touch. Our room was clean, quiet and super comfortable. Parking was the only thing I had an issue with, as when I booked the hotel I was told there was "Free parking on site". That turned out to be only 8 spots on the street during the weekend if you could somehow luck into getting...

"For the type of hotel it is I was absolutely surprised at how good the service was. My family and I stayed here for awhile and their cleanliness was on point. I loved how you could enter a room and smell bleach or see some one often cleaning up often touched areas. No bugs. Breakfast was a 7/10. And the staff was friendly. Shout out to Ms.gigi, Natalie and her mom and even though I don't think he liked us to much ,Bob for the good service. Though I must say all the staff were good at their jobs, those are just a few I was able to mention. My mom felt safe and comfortable there and I think you all for playing a part in that. I would tell my friends about this place and if need I would visit again. "
