"The Mountain View room is a must here! The room was spacious enough for 2 people and luggage. The refrigerator is small so if you plan to take left overs back with your from dinner keep that in mind. The place was clean. The pool and fire pit were an added bonus to the trip. So many great restaurant options in there area and not a far walk to town. Overall we had a great experience! And free coffee at the hotel was delish"

"I love the hotel. I would give 5 stars if they had Mini fridge in each room. Also, I wasn’t very happy with the hotel parking the website said $18 per night but it was $25 because I had to reserve. The parking was very convenient though. Breakfast was better than I expected. Staff were extremely friendly and ladies from breakfast room were very polite and worked very very hard. I would absolutely stay here again!!!! "

"This is our second time staying in Banff and we really enjoyed staying at this particular hotel because of the heated garage in the ability to also wash your car in the garage and also on site laundry facilities. The room was excellent great coffee in the room the staff was always very friendly and would acknowledge us and was very polite and catered to any need that we had would highly recommend staying here again. Also, if you can definitely get a room with a view of the mountains it was great...

"Overall good! Decor is a bit dated but does not impact the stay, parking is limited so keep that in mind. Only issue is the AC/heating unit is only on one side of the suite so if you plan on closing the door to the room it gets cold in the winter, probably gets hot in the summer I would assume. "The beds and linens are very comfortable. The gas fireplace was a nice feature in the room we had. The pool/steam room/hot tub were spa quality and were really nice. The hotel is just a couple blocks away from the downtown area, so it is very convenient and walkable. The fixtures, carpeting and furniture are outdated but it is cozy. I would expect the soap products to be local but instead were full of chemicals and from overseas. Not even the same brand for the different items. All other hotels...
