"The hotel is nice, beautiful location on the river and excellent staff. But the transport to city and back is a little inconvenient. One has to rely on taxis and tuktuks or wait for the one way hotel shuttle for a drop to Taksin for BTS or the nearest ferry. That became a bit difficult due to the crowds around new years as the city was very busy."
