"It was our second time at Shangri-La Bangkok. The stay was fantastic as always. The staff was really attentive and friendly, the room is spacious and beautiful, the food at the Lounge was just delicious. The location is super convenient with a sky train station and a ferry nearby. Plan to come again next year. "

"We stayed only one night but it was superb. The moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The kingsized be was very comfortable. The breakfast had everything and more - such a choice. It was a lovely experience and the staff could not have treated us better.
