"Beautiful hotel near the river with amazing views, free shuttle boat every 15-30 min to Sathorn pier and few times a day to Iconsiam mall. Excellent pool area.However we did not receive any VIP benefits, just plate of fruits with excuses for delayed check in (we came at 5 pm and they still made us wait!). Otherwise definitely worth staying."

"The hotel is a bit of a walk to the BTS however there is a free ride service available to the end of the street. The pool was extremely busy and full of children jumping and diving into the pool. The chairs around the pool could be replaced with MANY more recliners to accommodate the amount of guests. The breakfast was average, but will suffice. There were many children in the buffet running around unattended reaching to the food. I understand this is not the hotels fault but rather absentee...

"The Cotton Saladaeng is one of the best in Bangkok I ever stayed. It is sparkling clean. My king bed & pillows are super comfortable. The swimming pool at 4F is small but yet enough for my enjoyment. Also, the location is good, about 10 min walking to BTS and MRT blue line. Love it and will come again."

"No room upgrade offered despite there being availability and being a platinum member. Hotel was lovely having said that, breakfast was very tasty. Gym was excellent quality with an outdoor rig as well. The voucher for free entry to the Sky Beach bar was a great perk and definitely worth doing. "

"Incredibly close to the airport only 10 minutes and a free shuttle.. I'm sorry to say but the hotel is starting to date itself.. they need to redo the tile in the elevators and do some interior decorating on the floors rather than that it's a very nice hotel"
