"Oh wow! We caught ourselves saying this so often, whether walking inside the atrium, into our room, or out on our balcony. WE stayed 1 full week in mid November, 2024. The staff was beyond what we were accustomed to (our first trip to asia), anywhere. And we travel very often. Smiles and hello gestures from 100% of the staff, holding elevator doors, welcoming us back, or to have a great day. "Exceptional stay. We stayed 7 nights and had an amazing stay. Some of the highlights are great and friendly staff, free water in room, shuttle boat to IconSiam, plenty of street food outside the hotel if you don’t want hotel food, great breakfast and buffets. The hotel may not be brand-new but it is nowhere as run down as some people say on here. The price is right and the location is fantastic! Can thoroughly recommend!"
