Maybe if they offers one welcome drink instead of charging once ordered one cold dring upon arrival from hot outside, it may increase satisfaction. But it's just a suggestion. "Excellent staff, housekeeper for our floor it was astounding. Construction noise around the property was loud. Although we were on a night schedule . Anyone staying on a normal schedule, probably wouldn't have even noticed. When we asked about switching rooms because the noise during the day while we were trying to sleep was loud, they instantly found us a room on the other side of the hotel where it was barely noticeable."
