"I like the front desk service. They helped us in check-in and especially to keep our luggage after check-out. The only thing was the room a little cool. I guessed this was due to the climate change in fall. The location is quite good - almost mid-way between downtown and Taoyuan Airport. The Fuzhong MRT station is only 1or 2 minutes walking and about 30 minutes to 1 hour to anywhere in Taipei."

"This was my first time visiting Taiwan. I am an American traveler and I did not have a good grasp of Mandarin. I relied heavily on my google translate. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist me in anyway. There is a daily take-away breakfast which was great to start the day. "Clean, nice location. My only complain is the check in agent overcharged me by NT $1000. He apparently did calculate by using a calculator in deducting the deposit paid incorrectly for the first day of my reservation that I booked directly from their website. I did not notice after I reviewed my confirmation email and have disputed the overcharge through the credit card company. Good thing that I did not use my debit card."
