I loved the location. It was quiet and the staff were kind, helpful, and awsome! We kept calling staff to make sure we were headed in the right direction so, very patient. The room was clean and the sheets smelled fresh

The room was nice, it was spacious and had a sliding glass door to a patio overlooking the marina. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was the bed. The mattress was not comfortable at all.

Decent size rooms, great views, easy walk into cute town. So, so shower and you could hear voices, etc from adjoining rooms. All said, I would stay there again and recommend it.

The hotel was very clean, conveniently located and the staff was wonderful. The onsite restaurant was delicious. My only issue with the stay was that we could hear the people in the room above us walking around.

Waking up every morning and looking out at the marina and rolling hills makes you appreciate all that life has to offer. Kimball terrace with its friendly staff and cozy atmosphere emphasizes that beauty I saw ever morning while vacationing in Maine would definitely come back here again.
