"Krysta at the front desk was so helpful, our room was kinda sub par and she upgraded our room for us. Made our visit special. We booked in the off season so the restaurant, bar and front desk had limited hours. Easy check out and we were gone for the day."

"This has been I believe my 4th or 5th trip out there I think. I’ve been a returning customer since my 21st birthday which was over a decade ago now. So I very much like to come out every so often and check out all the stuff that’s always been there that I love, as well as check out all the new shops and places to go for amazing food and drinks. This trip back out was a special one though as my finance and I went to celebrate our 6 year anniversary before officially tying the knot this August ☺️...

"My family enjoyed our trip! Staff was friendly and the diner next door was excellent. This was a perfect location for our visit to the Aquarium and Mystic Village. From the outside it can look a little rough around the edges but our room was clean and comfortable."

"This is a beautiful hotel but we stayed here for the indoor pool and we could not use it because it was so cold! Not chilly, very cold. Only children were swimming and they were visibly shivering. We even asked the front desk about the pool temperature and they said the heater was on, but they "had a lot of kids in the pool last week". Perhaps they had to drain the pool and refill? Not sure, but the pool remained cold hours later when we checked on it and while not a huge deal, I am noting...
