"Our room was very nice, clean and spacious. Bed was really comfortable. I loved the elegant look of the lobby. Breakfast was delicious and food selection was great too. The location of the hotel is excellent. Good restaurants, shops and the wharf is in walking distance. The only problem was that the pool area was closed for maintenance for 5 days during our stay. It was disappointing however, we were allowed to use the pool of the other Pullman Hotel across the road. "
