"Loved this property! Staff was nice. I came in early and accidentally accessed the hotel by the back, thinking it was the lobby. There were two security guards and we left our backpacks, our valuable belongings and money there for more than 7 hours. They took care of our property and nothing got lost. "The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit of over 1100 sq ft is an amazing value. The unit was very contemporary and very well maintained. It was like a small house with even a separate laundry room of good size. "Top notch room, wifi worked, nice desk, upscale bathroom with both bath and shower, included rain forest nozzle. Staff is very friendly, usually greeting you with a smile and saying "Good morning," even when just walking by. No gift shop. Nice selection of sandwiches, sodas when going out for the day. Lucas, the concierge, was awesome. He knew I like Diet Coke and made sure I had one before leaving on a tour. The bar/cafe is iffy--for me. "This was one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, the amenities are high end and plentiful, the tea area was a great bonus. TV channels included 4-5 in Enhlish. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options and everything was very good. I really enjoyed the noodle soup. There is a huge mall within a short walk with lots of restaurants and food choices. I would happily stay here again!"
