"After seeing the poor reviews we were very worried about our stay. It was much better than expected, the staff were very friendly and it was clean enough. The onsens were great and facilities ok, breakfast was great.. location great.. Property could clearly do with some money spent on it but this didn’t spoil our stay.."

"The hotel is location on the right opposite once exit from the station... Super convenient!! The staffs were really nice and friendly, room size is decent but pretty old fashion... Can’t complain too much cos the $$ is really good!! :)"

"Bettei Haruki is unique having only 6 spacious Japanese rooms. We loved their two gorgeous Onsen rooms which were perfect in every detail - will never forget these onsens and will miss them dearly. Ich war begeistert!

"Das Ryokan ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ist aber gerade deswegen so charmant. Alle waren äußerst zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Es war ruhig und sauber. Das Frühstück so liebevoll serviert, ich habe es geliebt. Den Onsen im Haus habe ich nicht probiert. Die Lage der Unterkunft im älteren Teil Beppus ist super und sehr authentisch. Unbedingte Empfehlung für echtes Japan-Feeling. "
