Enjoyed our stay. Hotel was easy to park and in good location to walk to all sites. Room was very clean,spacious and very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection to choose from including fresh fruit. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke very good english. I would stay here again.

We stayed in 4 star hotels in Albania, Plaza Berat was the best. The room was large and breakfast very good. We had a problem with our flights back home and the staff was very helpful, more than expected.

Lovely new hotel excellet large room very comfy with everything you need. I cannot praise the staff enough so welcoming and helpful. The guy on reception helped us with our onward bus travel and went the extra mile. Lovey hotel but the staff were the best bit .

Hôtel magnifique
Superbe hôtel situé dans le centre de berat avec parking gratuit. Très bien situé. On fait tout à pied. Superbe accueil, très professionnel par 2 jeunes gens . Chambre décorée avec soin . Literie très confortable.

Good, clean hotel. Good bed and nice staff.
Welcoming reception staff. Gave us nice Albanian treat which was amazing and we had to order some to take home. (Great souvenir!) Rooms are clean and comfortable bed/pillow. Nice shower room with big shower cubicle. Parking is at the back of the hotel which wasn’t hard to find but you would miss unless you are told it’s car park as it looked like an construction site. Breakfast was ok. And it’s at neighbouring hotel across the road.

Neues Hotel, grosses und sauberes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon. Zimmer zur Strasse mit ein wenig Verkehrslärm. Frühstücksbuffet haben wir im Nachbarhotel erhalten, da eigenes Restaurant noch nicht fertig ist. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Parkplatz hinter dem Gebäude kostenlos. In Gehdistanz zu Flaniermeile und Altsatdt.

The best hotel my wife and I stayed in Albania. The room and bathroom were very clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel looked brand new. Oh and breakfast was great. Loved Hotel Plaza Berat!

Es un hotel nuevo, bien ubicado, y con un gran confort por comodidad y aislamiento acustico. Como pega , si vas con tu coche o moto, no tiene ni garaje ni parking privado.

I loved everything about this hotel. Very clean, extremely quiet, but just a short walk to the center. Big rooms, good showers. Parking is provided. And one of the best things was how friendly the staff was. Especially the guys at the front desk. As a long term traveIer, i was tired when I got to Berat so I actually ended up staying an extra night here just to relax because it was such a pleasant place

Fabulous!
We received such a lovely welcome on arrival at this beautiful hotel, the staff were so nice and couldn’t do enough to help. The room was stunning and the bed was super comfortable which was really appreciated after walking up to the castle and hiking osumi canyon! Breakfast was great, a huge delicious selection that fuelled all of our adventures. Would highly recommend.

Gorgeous hotel and definitely the best place to stay in Berat. Super modern and clean, rooms are beautifully spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Perfectly located to reach the main town and castle
