About a three minute walk from the Victoriaplatz tram stop but it’s only a 20 minute walk into the centre of Bern if you’re feeling energetic. Get the tram back though as it’s uphill !! After a long working day, I spent half an hour looking for an available parking space and, after I didn't find it, I had to park in a garage 1km away and carry my baggage to the hotel. Their staff went the extra mile to provide extra latex pillow and fixed the safe locking error when requested.
