This apartment hotel was one of the best accommodation out there at a very reasonable price. The apartment was very spacious for a single person, modern and so clean. The location was few minutes walk from the main Bullring shopping centre, restaurants and the main train station. I definitely want to come back to this hotel/apartment.

The property is well located, in the centre of Birmingham, and within walking distance of everything that one would need. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The price was very reasonable for a city centre location.

Good standard of apartments with everything you need. Corridors are noisey with doors slamming. Outside, Birmingham maket, busy from 2am with crate deliveries. Otherwise no compaints, comfy bed, plenty of room for a short city break.

Loved the space. Loved the sense of security. The sofas definitely need an upgrade, however and the washer dryer combo only washed which was disappointing. Beds were comfortabe. Staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the location as it was so close to the Bull Ring Market.

A good well priced suite in the heart of Birmingham. Had a couple issues trying to contact them but once contact was made it was all pretty clear. Issue with being in the middle of town is noise. Room was warm but couldn’t have window open due to it being too loud outside at night.

Was contacted for deposit, agreed but was sent invoice for that included room rate and deposit I had already paid and they stated I hadn’t, after 10 emails back and forth they rang to say they had made a mistake, I said I’ll pay the deposit but for the stress would like two complimentary bottles of wine instead of one, they agreed. Got there and was given two quarter bottles, basically two glasses. Lift wasn’t working first day, had to climb 3 sets of stairs with heavy case. As a gold member asked for late check out, they had availability but then tried charging £10 an hour, I explained that I booked through hotels.com and they stated it’s never free. I contacted hotels.com who don’t understand that it shouldn’t advertise the hotel as a VIP hotel but I got no where and gave up. Big room, near china town and shopping, kitchen nice, Spar next door is a rip off

Our apartment was clean & tidy, had everything we needed, could just do with a bit of maintenance work on it, it was close to the Bullring shopping centre & a 20-25 minute walk to the Ultilia arena, would stay there again.
