Pros:
1 The Breakfast:good variety of food
2. Close to Metro
3. Excellent range of Restaurants in the area.
4. Cleaning and upkeep of my room.
Cons:
1. Disappointing welcome: I welcomed just before 10am after a long flight from Australia. The receptionist said I could not have breakfast as they have just closed. Keep in mind, I had paid for the previous night so that I could access my room. She was oblivious to this, did not smile and I felt quite unwelcome. I think a sense of hospitality is vital to any Hotel.
2 Taxis refuse to enter the street of the Hotel. As a man with a disability this would put me off staying at your Hotel again.
3. The simplicity of the decor makes it feel boring and cheap.

"This was the third time we have stayed here. Just as lovely as always. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast had very good choices and lovely homemade jams. Always served with a friendly smile. "Comfortable, modern hotel with secure on-site parking included. Only 2km off the autoroute so ideal as a stop over. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast included. Good bar. Pool and sauna. 2 great restaurants adjacent to the hotel. Highly recommend."
