Excellent pool area.However we did not receive any VIP benefits, just plate of fruits with excuses for delayed check in (we came at 5 pm and they still made us wait!). Otherwise definitely worth staying."

"This was our most favorite hotel we stayed in in the end. It's main floor lobby and restaurant is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are really nice and the bed, despite being a typical firm mattress of Asia, it did have some softness in the topper. The soaps smelt and felt really nice, adding to the higher end shower. The room had adequate charging/plug options. Definitely felt like a hotel built for the more modern traveler."
