Poor service and hygiene
We arrived around 11.30 am at the hotel, much earlier then expected after a 20 km hike. A seemingly uninterested receptionist flatly told us check in is only at 2 pm - full stop. Flabbergasted we figured to wait and rest at the pool, only to find out it did not look anything like advertised. There was no sign of hospitality either (no bar or service personnel at the pool, no welcome drink, etc.) from the hotel, so we spent over two hrs waiting at a place called "the Harvest" next door. The hotel was booked for two nights at what we thought was a nice hotel with a nice pool for R&R. Being disappointed we decided to cancel the second night. When informed, the hotel personnel, including a senior, demonstrated zero comprehension of customer service or flexibility and were not willing to cancel and refund the second night. Only after calling CS at hotels.com, who's rep went out of his way, we were assisted satisfactorily. Excellent service from hotels.com, adding something memorable to a substandard experience. The rep even requested to talk on the phone to the hotel senior and escalated. Now that is what I call service! Once in the room we discovered lipstick smudges and other spots on the pillows and sheets, no toilet paper, no extra bed (which we requested upon check in), no laundry bags and incomplete amenities. Although we will never come back to this hotel, it did get us to experience the impressive level of CS from hotels.com. The next hotel is already booked.

service all round was great staff asst when req.bkfs was not set up for eurosas was at every hotel in java that we stayed. only in bali where euros was the norm did we get bacon and eggs etc .would not hesitate to recommend hotel as worth money spent.

Overall just mediocre budget hotel
Stayed two nights, bad service the bell door did not bring my luggage during check in, two broken bulbs in the room and they didn't have spare. Dirty pool. But at night when it was raining the bell door lent his umbrella. Was stayed also back in 2017 much better experience.

美味しいレストランに囲まれたホテル
清潔感溢れるモダンなホテルです。 徒歩圏内には美味しいレストランが幾つかあります。 ホテルのすぐ傍の屋台で焼きたてのサテを買ってホテルの部屋で一杯飲みながら堪能する事も出来ます。 サテはアヤム(鶏肉)が一般的ですがカンビン(山羊肉)がお奨めです。

Voldoende tot goed hotel. Plus: niet duur, goede douche, goed dik bed met goede kussens, schoon zwembad, modern, ontbijt voldoende, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Min: gelegen aan drukke vierbaans weg, zakelijk hotel dat veel gebruikt wordt voor zakelijke meetings. Ontbijtzaal is soms overvol met zakenmensen. Niet gelegen in centrum van Bogor. Geen sfeervol hotel. Geen restaurant. Zwembad vlak bij ingang lobby. Veel aankomende en vertrekkende mensen zien je zwemmen. Rokersgedeelte is alleen aan het zwembad. Weinig privacy aan het zwembad. WiFi moest je vaker opnieuw instellen.

Hotel di jalan utama kota Bogor
Parkir sangat terbatas, kami sempat parkir di B1 dan ketika mau keluar makan harus memindahkan 3 mobil yang menghalangi. Terima kasih untuk Satpam yang cekatan mengatur parkir dan membantu keluar masuknya mobil ke parkiran yang sangat sempit tersebut. Kami tiba di hotel jam 1 siang dan menunggu waktu check in jam 2 siang. Disediakan minuman es teh manis, luar biasa! Jam 2 siang antri di meja resepsionis ada 3 orang di depan saya, untuk mengambil kunci kamar. Setelah 20 menit berlalu, ada seorang ibu yang memotong antrian (menyelak ke depan) dan herannya ia dilayani oleh petugas resepsionis. Kami yang mengantri menanyakan kenapa dia boleh langsung? Si petugas malah sok sibuk dan mengabaikan pertanyaan kami. Total mengantri 35 menit, dengan kondisi berdiri. Antrian panjang seperti ini sebaiknya diantisipasi dengan memisahkan yang hanya mengambil kunci kamar (proses cepat) dengan yang prosesnya butuh waktu lama (misal ganti kamar, tambah kamar, ubah identitas penyewa kamar, dst), atau menambahkan 1 meja lagi untuk melayani pengunjung. Saya tidak mendapat informasi bahwa harus menitipkan uang deposit Rp.100.000 per kunci kamar (saya sekeluarga menggunakan 3 kamar) dan biaya extra bed Rp.350.000 (dapat handuk dan breakfast). Sebaiknya info semacam ini dicantumkan dengan jelas di Expedia. Di kamar, saya menghubungi Operator (pencet 0) melalui telpon di kamar, berulang kali tidak diangkat. Kolam renang ternyata sangat kecil :( Idealnya tidak lebih dari 4 orang berenang bersamaan.

Saya dan keluarga berlibur ke Arch Hotel Horison selama satu hari di kamar 816 lantai 8, kamarya sangat bersih dan nyaman serta ruangan yang cukup luas dan cocok dengan rupiahya dan makanya sangat cocok karena bayak ala sundanya dan minumnya enak dan segar sangat cocok untuk tempat liburan dan menginap kalau ke Bogor, akan tetapi masih ada yang kurang yaitu kolam renangnya kecil sekali dan pembatas untuk anak-anak tidak ada sehingga kita selalu tidak merasa nyaman saat kita lengah terhadap anak, sebaiknya dikasih pembatas untuk anak-anak kecil dan parkiran sangat sempit dan terlalu curam,untungya saya supir medan, saran kalau bisa parkiran di tingkatkan pelayananya dan para staff di receptionis agak jutek-jutek beda dengan hotel lain yang serba ramah dan senyumnya bersahabat, perlu ada training khusus untuk admin di depan, terimakasih.
