The bed was comfortable. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash mounted to the wall so they were very convenient to use. (No fumbling with tiny plastic bottles.) The subway stop is also very close. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. All of the staff that I met were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The pool was not available which was not good. Sounds like it has been closed since COVID. The place needs to be remodeled. Got my final bill and I have a Destination fee of 30.00 each day even though the reservation was paid in full a month and a half ago. We were told we would receive a 10.00 credit if we charged our meal to our room at the restaurant in the hotel. There was not a credit applied to my final bill.

This was a great place to stay. Staff came by to see if we needed anything. We had an issue with the heating and they immediately sent someone to fix it and called later to make sure everything was good. We stayed 5 nights and would definitely choose this hotel again.
