Pros: 1 The Breakfast:good variety of food 2. Close to Metro 3. Excellent range of Restaurants in the area. 4. Cleaning and upkeep of my room. Cons: 1. Disappointing welcome: I welcomed just before 10am after a long flight from Australia. The receptionist said I could not have breakfast as they have just closed. Keep in mind, I had paid for the previous night so that I could access my room. She was oblivious to this, did not smile and I felt quite unwelcome. I think a sense of hospitality is vital to any Hotel. 2 Taxis refuse to enter the street of the Hotel. As a man with a disability this would put me off staying at your Hotel again. 3. The simplicity of the decor makes it feel boring and cheap.
