"The check in & out was faultless. We had room 6, the only small thing was the lack of electrical plugs as the skirting board height meant that it wasn’t possible to plug in an appliance, but they had one power cord to compensate. The hotel was perfect location & central, plus the added touch of Easter eggs upon entry really cute. I’d stay there again. Super clean, comfortable bed. Plenty of communication & helpful. Even though we was facing the road we found it quiet. "

"The hotel is a half block from the sea and close to shops, pubs, and restaurants in Kemptown, as well as walkable to central Brighton. My first room had a few problems, but management very kindly moved me to another room the next day. I would stay here again. "

"Excellent over night trip for work, originally booked for 1 night but enjoyed it so much stayed a second! Locals lovely and friendly, staff are helpful and welcoming. Rooms are basic but ideal For an overnight work trip or for the football near by, there is NO parking, its a side road of if you’re lucky you may get in the tiny courtyard at the side of the hotel. Local shop next door and a takeaway for the nights they dont do food. Will stay again 100%"

"We had a lovely stay. The location can't be beat! We had many days ning and shopping options to choose from. Our stay was wonderful, clean, comfortable and very accommodating. We loved all the local art on the walls. The breakfast was perfect too! We would definitely stay again!"

Parking instructions issued by the owner were clear and easy to follow, I found street parking a 2 minute walk away which was around 7GBP per day - I didn't move the car while we were there (3 days).
