"Amazing 5 Star hotel outside of Prague! Customer service was top notch. The morning continental breakfast was excellent. The history of the renovation of this chateau is very interesting. It is exquisitely redone from layout to furnishings. Mcely is a town of about 200 people so there is nothing to do outside of the Chateau besides take a walk. "The hotel was absolutely sparkling, very high end modern decor, staff were very helpful really friendly, we got lunch while we waited check in time, the restaurant is again super clean and tidy, excellent staff we were very well looked after, the food was very good and very reasonably priced. "We stopped here for a quick night on a road trip. The hotel was clean with all basic needs and the staff was kind, friendly and did everything she could to meet our needs. A delicious complete breakfast was included in the price, with eggs, fruit and vegetables, yogurts and more. Though spacious. the room was lacking a kettle to make coffee/tea and we could not find a way to turn up the heat. Also, the walls were thin so we could hear everything around us."
