Péssima experiência!
Péssima experiência. Reservamos um quarto com varanda particular e, ao chegar no hotel, em um final de semana em que Búzios estava com uma média de 98% de lotação, fomos surpreendidos ao ser colocados em uma acomodação claustrofóbica, que nem janela tinha direito, pois ficava em cima da cama, de frente para a escada onde todos passavam, portanto, não era possível abrir. A recepcionista disse que foi um erro do site hoteis.com e pediu que nós encontrássemos a solução, então pedimos para chamar o dono, que nos deu o "brilhante" conselho de só entrar no quarto para dormir. Imagine, você chega em Búzios para relaxar e se depara com isso... Para completar eles ainda cobraram o valor integral contratado e não se implicaram como responsáveis pelo problema, disseram que foi um erro do site em oferecer um quarto com varanda, pois todos já tinham sido direcionados para outros hóspedes. Mostrei diversas vezes minha reserva que dizia "quarto com varanda particular" e ninguém se responsabilizou, vergonhoso. Péssima experiência. Solicito providências deste site!

- Local do café da manhã com sol, mas sem ar condicionado. Muito calor mesmo com os 2 ventiladores, apesar do café ser bom e as 2 pessoas que servem serem muito prestativas e eficientes. - Rua movimentada bem em frente dos quartos e bem barulhenta as 2 noites. - Quarto não estava pronto quando chegamos a noite. - Colchões ótimos e com protetores, quarto triplo bem bonito.
