"Forced to provide ID for all my guests. This is not necessary and very unsafe to have to send in various ID via email. Property was aware that we were arriving late however did not make us aware that we would not be able to access lobby. Therefore locked out at 1130 pm upon arrival. Apartment has stained carpet, broken kitchen faucet, no box spring (mattress basically on floor), broken ice dispenser, dirty drawers, dirty shower, broken deadlock. Bedroom extremely hot. Instructions for arrival...

"Lack of necessities at times (paper towels, soap, etc.), and the bed had hair from the previous tenant. All TV channels require log-ins, which a foreign traveler may not have access to."

"Very close to the busy street and too loud you will feel like you sleep on the street. But it was very clean."

"The property was close to many amenities and easy to locate. One suggestion I would make would that extra sheets and towels be provided. However, I would stay again!"

"This was a really great corner apartment that matches the pics and was fully stocked. Comfortable and safe. Check in was super easy. Views of downtown were incredible. Didn’t get to check out the lounge and gym maybe next time. Wifi was on point. Loved my time here. "
