"Unbelievably lovely staff in this family-run hotel who would do anything to help. Shortly after arrival we were a bit freaked out by the ground floor semi-outdoor bathroom, and asked to be moved. We were moved asap the next morning to an upstairs room with better bathroom, and our luggage moved for us. Reception also booked us a driver and some tickets at reduced cost, and breakfast options are requested the night before, and made to order at a time of your choice. The hotel is more rustic than...

"Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff were very kind and helpful. They helped us with booking a cooking class tour and organized airport transfer. The room was amazing! Very spacious with a beautiful bathroom. This place was also very clean and quiet and the breakfast was really tasty. Highly recommend this place. Definitely will stay here if we find ourselves in Hoi An again. "
