"I loved this place. Amazing location, just wow!. It is a big hotel with between 1-2,000 guests so feeding those numbers "All Inclusive" can't be an easy task. However, the food was just fabulous, and The Mandarin and The Canarian cuisine was just superb. This place exceeded my expectations and the vibe was excellent. The hotel is a little tired (built in 1972), but I loved it, the location, beach and catering were just excellent. "

"Perfect for a family holiday, beautiful hotel and fantastic facilities for children. The all-inclusive restaurant is very good quality and lots of choice for everyone. The restaurants are all 5 star . Rooms are amazing, clean and very cool. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble."

"We always enjoy staying at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The shower is the best hotel shower we have ever been in! A large, powerful, rain shower head. Pure luxury! The food at the hotel is amazing and varied. The waiters and waitresses are always available and willing to serve you drinks and snacks and always with a smile. "

"Great view, modern and spacious room and great pool area. Hotel overall was really nice and close to the beach and supermarket. You can easily walk along the beach promenade to Maspalomas. We traveled with our baby and the hotel is super family friendly as well. Would Come here again :) "

"After reading the negative reviews I became really anxious about my family holiday, to the point where I almost cancelled! I’m so pleased I didn’t because we had the most amazing time! The staff were incredible and views were spectacular. It’s a lovely downhill walk to Amadores Beach which is sensational and walking enthusiasts will enjoy the uphill challenge back up however for those of you not fancying an uphill climb, a taxi rank is nearby and only costs €4-5 for the journey! "Good service in all areas. Always smiling, welcoming and knowledgeable hosts and serving staff. The employees who are responsible for the miniclub etc. deserve a particularly high praise. Unfortunately, there were quite frequent outages on our room TV, but it was tolerable. In the rooms on the 1st floor, the view is unfortunately very disturbed by safety nets in relation to the rocks."

"An amazingly designed hotel with a village feel. Not soulless like many contemporary hotels. Wonderful location next to the Rubicon Marina. Food buffets and the service was exceptional. The rooms were wonderfully spacious and well equipped. I will be returning very soon."
