"The property is both a a spa frequented by retirees and family vacation spot. It reminded of what a Catskills resort might have been like. The pool was crowded with families and younger couples in the hot wx of July. The dining was excellent; staff were friendly. It is close to two UNESCO World Heritage towns, Baeza and Ubeda. We were only there overnight but had a good impression."

The only downside is that while the staff were able to supply a password for the bar wi-fi, they didn't seem to know the password for the wi-fi networks covering the accommodation buildings (and my Spanish wasn't good enough to enquire further)."

The restaurant was good and inexpensive, the recperionist/waiter was very friendly and informative. The only issue we had was that the room's floor had obviously not been cleaned and in some places was quite dirty as if food had fallen on the floor and it had dried there creating a dirty crust."
