"I'm American and got my own room. The place was fairly empty (in early December), so not too much interaction with others (for better or worse). The building is old but everything is clean and in great working order. Great water pressure in showers, really clean bathrooms and kitchen, AC worked great (you'll need it), and parking was easy. "You arrive at Drifters as a guest and leave as FAMILY!! Ive stayed at numerous hotels in negril, all very nice. However, Drifters is simply Magical! I booked originally for 5 night stay but the connections and experience I had there made me extend my stay 2 more nights!!! I WILL be back! So much so, that Drifters will be tired to see my face.
