"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"This was a lovely hotel. In a quiet neighbourhood but still within walking distance of train station. The owner offered to pick us up and drop us off but we preferred to walk. The room was large with a beautiful view, comfortable bed and very good bathroom. Everything was clean. There was also a nicely landscaped garden and outdoor seating areas. Breakfast was freshly made and more than sufficient. I would happily return."
