"I stayed twice at the Ramos Tower City Suites on my recent holiday and had stayed there in previous years as well. This time around there were a few issues with the rooms I had, problems with Air Con, a door that wouldn't lock,a toilet that broke,a jammed window blind and wi fi that only worked sporadically. All were dealt with,or at least answers given by the staff and the maintenance guys in particular arrived quickly and fixed what they could fix quickly and efficiently.It seems that...

"Service is convenient as the attendant is also the cook. Less hassle if your tired and just wanted to eat inside the house. I feel comfort during my stay because im the only person who stay that night though the condition is not well, but its still okay because when i stayed at B room only fan is available. The area is quite and beautiful overview. I would still recommend this to my family, friends and those who plan to stay for a night beacuse its a budget friendly. "

"Stayed 17 to 21 Nov on 11th floor. Great hotel and excellent customer service from all customer facing staff. My room needs a refresh though as room was a bit worn , some wood varnish , a lick of paint perhaps but after I stayed the first evening it felt like home. This hotel has about 100 rooms and only about 5 with hot water, and they don't advise the room they check you into doesn't have it until after you are checked in and complain about it to the front desk. After I complained they said oh we could move you to a room with it.
