"I stayed twice at the Ramos Tower City Suites on my recent holiday and had stayed there in previous years as well. This time around there were a few issues with the rooms I had, problems with Air Con, a door that wouldn't lock,a toilet that broke,a jammed window blind and wi fi that only worked sporadically. All were dealt with,or at least answers given by the staff and the maintenance guys in particular arrived quickly and fixed what they could fix quickly and efficiently.It seems that...

"Service is convenient as the attendant is also the cook. Less hassle if your tired and just wanted to eat inside the house. I feel comfort during my stay because im the only person who stay that night though the condition is not well, but its still okay because when i stayed at B room only fan is available. The area is quite and beautiful overview. I would still recommend this to my family, friends and those who plan to stay for a night beacuse its a budget friendly. "

"Don't expect hot water! This hotel has about 100 rooms and only about 5 with hot water, and they don't advise the room they check you into doesn't have it until after you are checked in and complain about it to the front desk. After I complained they said oh we could move you to a room with it. When I spoke with the manager he said he advises all guests before check in that they don't have it, however I was not advised and super upset when I went to have a shower. Again after I complained...
