"We had a nice experience here. Stayed three nights all of which the front lobby was filled till late hours with Halloween party guests. I thought for sure this would be a problem but we couldn’t hear a peep once we got on the elevator to our room"

"It was our second time at Shangri-La Bangkok. The stay was fantastic as always. The staff was really attentive and friendly, the room is spacious and beautiful, the food at the Lounge was just delicious. The location is super convenient with a sky train station and a ferry nearby. Plan to come again next year. "

"The property looks well kept. The room is clean and the staff is very responsive. Unfortunately, we did not like the location of the hotel. There are very narrow streets leading into the property. We did not have time to walk around the area. We are not sure if it is safe."

"We stayed only one night but it was superb. The moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. The kingsized be was very comfortable. The breakfast had everything and more - such a choice. It was a lovely experience and the staff could not have treated us better. "Beautiful and exceptionally clean property. Everything is thoughtfully decorated and the breakfast is amazing. Most exceptional was staff. The lady at reception organised us a whole morning of activities with a personal tuk tuk and when we returned our taxi to Bangkok was already waiting. She went above and beyond and we will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone"

"Over-all, our experience in the hotel was very good. I just don't like it when they are only providing 1 key card and you will need the card to enable the electricity in the room by inserting it in a slot. Once you leave to go somewhere, you will remove it and all electricity will be off including the fridge which makes it unable to leave some food or medication in it."

"The rooms are quite spacious so that was good and water, shampoo sachets and soap was provided. Just no kettle which was difficult for me who lives on coffee! The bathroom needed a couple of bottles of bleach and a hot power wash with disinfectant because it looked old, rusty and dirty."
