Great downtown location and nice room views. However, the hotel never felt “welcoming” I’ll say. I’m all for safety practices but there were a few times I felt like I was staying at a jail with all of the strict id checks and policies. And with all that we still had very loud and obnoxious neighbors, so not sure exactly what was accomplished. Oh and our room balcony was inaccessible. I honestly wouldn’t stay here again unless it was an emergency.

Love the location of this property you are close to everything! After 5 years of coming to Chicago finally figured out it is way cheaper to pre book parking at the local self park for way cheaper than valet at Eurostars!
