"Nice, big rooms. Soaking tub is great for price of room. Parking is about half a block away, but you can unload at the front of the hotel and check-in before parking. Friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of things to do within walking distance. It's downtown Chicago."

"Great location, staff was friendly and super helpful. The location was clean and the coffee, tea, and cocoa was nice. The breakfast was the highlight for me, great choices, nice people working and lots of options. The room was nice, but we didn't have any sheets for the sofa bed, and when we took the sofa bed out it had a lot of trash from whomever was sitting previously on it. Everything was great minus the beds. Other than that the place was excellent. "

"Staff were great but the elevators sounded like they could breakdown any minute and the hallways were very noisy. Rooms not very clean. Have stayed multiple times in this same hotel due to location to the Museum district and standards have lowered for sure. "
