The staff is very friendly and accommodating.Special thanks to Annie Park at the checking desk for helping us navigating how to get to the attractions around Bangkok. She also send my wife a belated birthday cake. The only drawback was, you had to walk about 15 minutes to the MRT station. Thanks to all the staff. "
