"Staff was friendly and amazing! Ms. Pim of the 19th floor reception skillfully presented me with all the information needed to allow me to get comfortable at this property. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. A lack of working outlets near the bed and throughout the bathroom did pose some inconvenience. Only real issue was on both occassions when I scheduled for the room to be refreshed by a certain time, it was not completed on time. Having an understanding of staffing and challenges...

"Hotel was very good value for the money. Located near the BTS & conveniently between Phrom Phong & Asoke, very walkable & nicer quieter street. Room sizes are good, but the place is dated & could greatly use updates. Hotel staff were very helpful & efficient, especially Din who was part of the lobby staff & great at helping arrange our departure during a very busy time in the lobby."
