"A fabulous place with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide was the most knowledgeable man who knew the name of every bird and animal we saw. He could spot the smallest bird at the top of a tree whilst driving. He found us our first Leopard - amazing. Zwar war der Service der 5 Begleitpersonen gut, jedoch war die Getränkeauswahl extrem begrenzt! Wegen der trügerischen Verwechslungsgefahr zur weitaus komfotableren Lodge sind wir deshalb insgesamt ziemlich enttäuscht gewesen (2 Nächte für 2 Personen = 1200€) Was bleibt ist immerhin die Erfahrung mitten im Busch zwischen wilden Tieren geschlafen zu haben."

"Absolutely fabulous! What more could you ask for? Über friendly staff, excellent meals, food on request, and stunning rooms with a view from a hilltop. Lindi and Antony were particularly awesome. It is 7-8 chalets and a few campsites large. Advice for future travelers, turn off the tar road at the "Xhabe Safari 2km" sign at top of the hill and do not rely on the GPS. "

"Lovely place, with beautiful reception area, you see that it has been grand. However you also see that the hotel overall is old and in need of renovation. the pool needed cleaning (but that was general for all our stays in Botswana) and the bar at the pool was closed in the afternoon!! They was 2 girls but the answer was closed!! Luckily a young man came by and he accommodated us (we saw that he walked to the other bar to get our orders) We had a massage all 3 and it was really good."

"DO NOT BOOK HERE. Showed up with a pre-paid reservation and were told we had no reservation and they were fully booked. Showed them all the documentation, both in hard copy and on our phone and were told, "No, they made a mistake. We are fully booked and you have no reservation." Further would not help us find an alternative. Wouldn't even call someplace else for us. Our taxi had departed so we were left to wander down the road hauling our luggage and fortunately found a room at the Old House...
