1st of all I had no idea that I had to pay a deposit. I only went with a specific amount of $ to Oh for the 2 days I was there. I had a very important doctor’s appointment and was not counting on losing $ for those 2 days. I needed the $ for Ubers and etc… Last month I stayed 1 week at Extended StayAmerica and I did not have to deposit anything. Now I have to wait for the $ to deposit back into my account. When I walked into the room I walked right out and I went straight to the store to buy 2 Apple cinnamon scented candles. I came back lit them, put 1 in the restroom and 1 out in the room. It did not help. I only showered 1 of the 2 days that I stayed there(I shower 2 times a day normally) and I did not want to take my flip-flops off because it was disgusting inside of the shower. I also had my granddaughter on the first night and I did not allow her to touch the floor with her bare feet. I literally threw both of the pair of socks that we used away because the whole floor was also disgusting. The air conditioner had the filter light on. I thought the smell was from the air conditioner so I removed it and I scrubbed it. No, it was not that because the horrible smell kept coming from the bathroom. It was a mixture of mildew with death, terrible terrible smell. Unfortunately, I believe this is my fault because I was in a very, very tight budget. Next time if I don’t have enough to pay for another hotel, I prefer to stay in a shelter. That’s how bad it was.

I would never stay again! The room smelled awful! Sheets and towels were not clean! Blanket was paper thin! Slept on top of covers and found bugs! So disgusting! Will never stay again!

I requested a non smoking room, however the room and everything in it smelled like cigarettes. There was even a small burn hole on the blanket. The bedding and towels were clean though. But the floors were dirty, with bits of dirt and debris. The worst thing that happened was house keeping took our towels without leaving fresh ones. So we had to wait until the next day for new ones because they were out sourced. But, considering the price of the motel it wasn’t terrible.

Pretty average place. Pretty much what you'd expect from a motel. Nothing really went wrong but nothing was exceptional either. Definitely a good option if you want something for cheap.

Cleaning staff needs to do a better job sanatizing rooms and making sure the whole bed is changed including the comforter. All furniture should be wiped down and sanitize. I should not be finding hair all over the floor and the toilet paper should not have brown stains on it. Its nothing to strip the whole bed and change it and mop floors and sanitize. No one wants a comforter touching their face that someone else could've sat their bare butt on or was on the bed with shoes on.
