"We stayed there for 3 nights in an all-female dorm/ corridor. Showers were okay, though lots of hair stuck and the cleanness was overall okay too ( except for the used pad lying around and in general the smell of used period products)."

"It is a good option for budget travelers, meets the basic needs, room and sheets are very clean, bed is comfortable. It is just around the corner of Milano central train station. Literally steps away. People there (substantially young people) are respectful. This place has great vibe. Highly recommended for young people and budget travelers for the convenience, clean accommodation and helpful staff. "

"As with a hostel I didn't expect luxury and it served its purpose. The shared kitchen was a mess with dishes left unwashed and fridges dirty. Great location for the metro. I would stay again. "

"Terrible beds, if anyone move you hear e cracking sound, broken shower, outdated and flooded "

"I had a great stay at mio hostel. Beds, blanket and pillows were super comfy. Rooms, toilets and showers were all 100% clean. Rooms locked and couldn’t be opened from the outside without a key so didn’t have to worry about safety. Staff were friendly. My only complaint would be the noise from the road (cars and trams are constantly going past and the walls are very thin) but this wasn’t too much of a problem. The room had heating which we controlled so I was nice and toasty the whole time....

"My three main issues with this place are that, AC is controlled remotely so I couldn’t change the temperature of the room. Secondly I didn’t like that all the soap facilities were empty on my first day and finally I hated how i had to choose between charging my phone overnight or having the light off. Let me repeat, to charge my phone overnight I needed to keep the light on. This was the case until I plugged out so many things. "Extra hidden costs needs to be payed on arrival, no way of avoiding these since they are not optional services. No hot water and when asked about it, the response was to try another bathroom. You get one sheet which works as both the bed sheet and the cover which had holes in it. No keys to the doors to the rooms, all doors was unlocked all the time. Bathroom door couldn't be locked. There is a fan in the room but the condition of that was well past its expiration date, it made a terrible noise."

"Eneste mulighed vi havde, da der var messe lige nøjagtig de dage. Et hostel med semi hårde senge, kønsløst interiør, ret slidt. Badeværelse var dog næsten nyrenoveret. Servicen og smil i top, god stemning, der var en blanding af alt. Meget valuta for pengene hvis du vil have noget billigt til en gennemrejse. "

"The apartment is very spacious, and the mattress is very nice and soft. Not far from the tram station so transport-wise is alright. However, the overall cleaning requires improvement, especially for the bath tub. And the electrical compliance like desk light and kettle do not fit into the plug. Very inconvenient in this."

"The property is 7 blocks away from milano centrale train station.when we arrived from the airport, you can take the train, cheaper at 13 euros per person, in comparison to 120 from Malpensa. We did not know how close the hotel was took a taxi 7.60 euros from station. The hotel is well kept, the staff is very helpful, you can have dinner there and breakfast too for a fee. We ended up using the bar to eat as the sandwiches were more economical and really tasty. The employees on this two section easy to talk to and helpful. Within these distance there is a few places to grab breakfast at a very reasonable price we choose City caffe? 1 block prior to the train station. As the food at the train shops is about 4 to 5 euros more,for a croissant and a cappuccino. We also found out that after using the train, Trenort offers better rates , more economical than trainitalia. We encounter that train italia employees are stuck up and dismissive of our needs. We needed tickets for a specific location and they referred us to next door Trenord. Meanwhile trainitalia sells that specific location ticket So i suggest try Trenord first and they will help you and direct you otherwise. We visited while there Milano the town, not centrale where Duomo is by metro. Verona, lake Como, if you want Bilaggio you need a whole day here .And Lugano in Switzerland we loved it there. These like 3 take about 1.5 to get there more or less. Be aware lots of graffiti around, we had no idsues. "

"Such a great place, lovely area and the staff is very warm and friendly. My husband forgot his Canada Goose jacket and called from the airport and they were so willing to help and ship to NY! A block from Duomo, around the corner are shops and cafes. Cleaning service was daily and plenty of options for breakfast. Highly recommend this place."
