From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and well thought out. We parked in the secure underground car park and were checked in promptly. The location of the hotel is excellent. Bathrooms were remodelled during pandemic and are holding up well, can’t say the same for the carpeting, which needs to be redone. Gym is subpar for a 5 star hotel, I think that the owner must not be a fitness lover."
