We stayed in a suite, in the new area of the hotel. The biggest minus is the location - in front of a busy street, so the noise was overwhelming. The rooms were lovely, two bathrooms, which was great. However, there was no AC, and one afternoon the temperature in the room reached a smoldering 32C. They also charged us an extra $700 for having a third person - my daughter, which is crazy, because the price for the suite was high enough. The breakfast was not impressive, and the food choices for dinner limited.

This hotel was stunning and provided a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We had an incredible stay! Complimentary access to the spa facilities was the highlight, especially after a big hike. There is a beautiful walking path to the town center. Highly recommend!

A lovely and relaxing experience
The Lajadira is a jewel of a hotel, the spaces are nicely renovated and those which are not retain a tasteful , classic alpine feel. The bathrooms are new and very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The staff cannot be more attentive, lovely, knowledgeable and generally happy! I give it an 11 0ver ten :)
