"Amazing property in a beautiful location, the views are truly breathtaking. it’s a shame the staff weren't as pleasant. Especially the waiters in the restaurant area. Some of them were very strange in the faces they would pull, maybe smiling is not a thing there or perhaps they’re just so arrogant. They need to remember they just work in the hotel, they don't own it. "

"Hotel recien reformado pero con habitaciones demasiado pequeñas para su categoria. Control de temperatura no regulable en la habitación. Balcon inexistente ya que se trata de una ventana alta con una reja en la parte baja. Buena ubicación cerca del lago aunque la carretera separa el hotel de la playa. Personal muy amable. Wifi con problemas de conexion. Buen desayuno en salon con vistas."

"Location straordinaria, proprio sul lago. Stanza con balcone vista lago impagabile. Servizio mediamente attento e cortese. Colazione migliorabile (soprattutto nel servizio). Ristorante dell’hotel eccellente ma poco pubblicizzato: ad esempio, dov’è il menu? Perché non metterlo in stanza?) Spa migliorabile (idromassaggio? Temperatura acqua?). Nel complesso, ottima esperienza."

"Belle vue sur les îles Borrohmees, proche d'un embarcadère (attention il y en a plusieurs, si vous réservez à l'avance ce ne sera peut-être pas celui là). Très bon petit déjeuner, magnifique vue sur le jardin. Personnel très aimable, aux petits soins. Le parking est néanmoins limité, une fois garé mieux vaut ne plus bouger"

"Schönes Hotel direkt am Lago Maggiore. Beim Einchecken wurde uns direkt von einem Mitarbeiter mit dem Koffer geholfen (da das Hotel in zwei Teile geteilt ist und wir auf der anderen Seite einchecken wollten.) Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr höflich und sprechen Italienisch/Englisch. Die Einrichtung ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und das Frühstück ist okay. Hat aber einen Blick auf den See! Wenn man Ausflüge auf die Inseln machen möchte, befindet sich die Anlagestelle der Boote direkt...

"Classic hotel with high class. We stayed four nights in room 201 with balcony and sea view and had a very pleasant stay. It’s only 5 min walk to Stresa centre by water line with spectacular views over the lake, island, boats and high mountains some with snow on the top. We were lucky to have 5 days with sun in the end of April, but the week before and after it rained a lot. The only distraction might be the noise from the road in front of the hotel."
