"I was pleasantly surprises when we arrived at the Mesa Best Western Superstition Spring Inn. We thought we were staying at the Best Western located at the same Superstition Mall property we had stayed at in the past. I was ready to not like this BW Inn but to my surprise our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Because I didn’t realize we were not familiar with this BW Inn I didn’t think to ask about elevators. So the only reason I didn’t give this location full stars for the outside...

"Odd little place looks brand new but for the way rooms are set up it should be a more of an extended stay than a hotel for 1 night. Full size refrigerator, microwave, and cook top no dishes or utensils so bring them and no coffee maker in room but coffee 24hrs in lobby, no breakfast either. Extremely clean everywhere. Only down side is walls are thin so you can hear everything on the floor. "

"The hotel was excellent! The customer service was fabulous from check-in to the cleaning staff to valet to room service. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. The food was also very good! "

"I give this hotel rating a 10/10. The only thing I’d consider putting in the hotel is an ice machine. When my dad asked a front desk associate, she told him there’s an ice machine a block away if he’d like to walk over. My dad is a bit older, and I think a simple “no” would’ve been okay. Anyway, just an ice machine a few handicap spots in the back area. Other than this, the hotel was great! I will stay again."
